I’m thinking about doing comics again, old-skool, partly as a way to spend less time staring at screens. I’m not sure I still have the patience for it, though. Here’s a test I did this morning. Drawing on graph paper means I don’t have to use a ruler to make panels or lettering lines. It’s very easy to filter out the grid lines in GIMP, but the originals look worse.

Shareable goal, the less I stare at a screen (paper books, paper notebooks, etc.) the better I feel. Still working out how to substitute a MIDI setup…
Sounds like a good idea. If you find the right story perhaps you’ll feel better about the amount of effort ahead.
