Corinna and I made a quick trip to Ireland last weekend to visit our friend Alasdair (aka Angus Fox). We laughed, we cried (at the end), we laughed some more, we played Scrabble, we called each other “titface” and “equim.”
Wow. I’m delighted to read and enjoy your photos. Wonder what prompted a sort vs longer visit.
What prompted it is wanting to see Alasdair while we could (he has stage 4 cancer) and Corinna has a day job and a geriatric cat and couldn’t take more time away from home.
Wow, what a lovely trip! I’m traveling to almost the same place at the end of April for the Genspect conference and I’m trying to figure out what I’m doing in the first week of May (I’ll be traveling alone). What was your favorite daytrip?
Beautiful pictures. Beautiful people.
You look you’re having fun. It’s nice to see what Corinna looks like!
Love the photos – looks like a great trip!
=v= I visited Doolin in 1994. I remember laboriously scanning some of my photos and sizing them to a luxurious bandwidth-gobbling 100×80 size that would take up the whole screen on my home page, maybe you saw them.
Wow, it sounds like you had a wonderful trip! It’s great to hear that you had so much fun and got to experience some truly beautiful places. The photos you shared look stunning! Thanks for sharing your memories with us!
